Injured Leopard Attacks Forest Official in Karnataka

Leopard Was Found Injured Near Highway

Before the medicine could work completely, the animal lunged at a forest department watcher. The official was knocked to the ground during the attack. His colleagues immediately stepped in and used a stick to distract the leopard. This gave the injured official enough time to move away from the animal.

The forest watcher suffered scratches on his left hand and leg during the encounter. He was taken to a hospital and kept under observation.
